1. What we collect
Three categories. Contact details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number if supplied, and business name. Your order brief: your sector, target domain, goals, background, and any files, logos or information you send us. Basic technical information when you visit this website, such as the pages viewed, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and browser. We do not collect payment-card details on this website.
2. Why we use this information
To respond to your enquiry, quote for it and agree the scope of work. To produce and publish the work you order and send your delivery report. To communicate about your order, including a renewal reminder before a dedicated blog reaches the end of its first year. To keep the website working and secure. We do not sell or rent your information, or add you to marketing lists you have not asked to join.
3. Our legal basis
We use your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and then to fulfil that contract, including pricing, producing and delivering your order. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing the business for website analytics, fraud prevention and record keeping. Where consent is legally required, including for non-essential cookies or marketing emails, we ask for it first and you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the service: hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, domain and DNS providers if you ask us to publish on your own address, and an analytics provider. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes. We do not share information with other parties unless legally required or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. Some providers operate outside your country; in those cases, we rely on standard contractual safeguards.
5. How long we retain it
We keep order records and related correspondence for the duration of our relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, to answer questions about past work and meet accounting and tax obligations. This is usually up to seven years. Delivery reports are issued without an expiry date and remain available so your links continue to work. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within twelve months. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
6. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, for errors to be corrected, for deletion, for certain uses to be restricted or stopped, or for a portable copy. Email mail@growthpages.ae and we will fulfil your request, usually within thirty days and without charge. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer maintain content published for you; we will explain this clearly before acting. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you may complain to the relevant data-protection authority in your country.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies necessary for its operation, to remember your session and protect forms from abuse. Disabling them may stop the website working. We also use simple analytics to understand which pages visitors read and where they come from, to improve the website. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
