1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you order content services from GrowthPages, a brand of RUKN AL JOUDAH AI APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES L.L.C (licence 1132943, Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai), referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If anything is unclear, email mail@growthpages.ae and ask before ordering. We would rather clarify it than disagree about it later.
2. What we do
We produce and publish marketing content as ordered: sales pages, blog articles, dedicated blogs and press releases. This includes research, writing, design where needed, quality checks, publication and a delivery report. We are a content service, not an SEO consultancy, advertising agency, or legal, financial or medical adviser. What we write about your business is based on the information you provide and the research we undertake. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
3. Placing an order
Submitting the order form records your request and shows the exact total; it does not itself charge you. Payment is separate and made by you on the secure payment page linked from the order page and confirmation email. The contract is formed when payment is completed. Production does not begin before then, so you may reply to the confirmation email to change the scope or request a different price at any time before paying. If we cannot accept an order because it is outside our scope or conflicts with the acceptable-use rules below, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
4. Payment
Pay by Visa or Mastercard on a secure payment page hosted by our payment provider, through PayPal, or by bank transfer to the company’s account. Card details are not entered on, passed through or stored by this website. We never see or retain your card number. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include Value Added Tax at 5%, with a tax invoice issued by RUKN AL JOUDAH AI APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES L.L.C (Tax Registration Number 104214752800003). For bank transfers, work starts after the funds are confirmed. Prices are paid once per item, except a dedicated blog covers twelve months. We do not store payment methods, create automatic recurring charges or subscriptions. Each payment is one you intentionally make.
5. Production, review and delivery
We produce the work to the agreed brief. A member of our team reviews it before publication, checking that links work, the page displays correctly on mobile and the work matches your order. For sales pages and packages, the draft arrives within 3 working days of payment, for review before publication. If we receive no reply within 5 working days, we publish it as it stands and send you the link. On delivery, you receive a report with every published link. Report links are issued without an expiry date and remain available.
6. Revisions and corrections
You may request one revision to the draft at no extra cost before publication. If delivered work does not match the brief you confirmed — for example, incorrect information, unsuitable tone, misplaced focus or an error on our part — tell us and we will correct it without charge. Please notify us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can address it while the work is recent. Work materially different from the confirmed brief, such as a new offer, audience, topic or a rewrite of an already approved piece, is new work and quoted separately. We will tell you which case applies before doing anything.
7. Publication and hosting
You choose the publication location for each order: your own domain, a subdomain we provide, or our blog network. For your domain, you add one DNS record we provide, and we then handle hosting, security certificates and updates. Content on a subdomain we provide or on our network is hosted on our infrastructure and remains under our operational control. We may move network sites, change addresses or carry out maintenance as needed. We will keep published links working or provide alternatives where that is not possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; brief maintenance interruptions may occur.
8. Press releases
A press release is paid publication through an international news-distribution network, not earned editorial coverage. The news is written in English only and distributed after you approve the text. You receive a report of actual publication links within 5 working days. Publishing sites vary between releases; we do not guarantee a particular site or newspaper.
9. Dedicated blogs and renewal
A dedicated blog covers twelve months from setup, including hosting, security, backups, monitoring and any launch articles ordered separately and agreed at the time of the order. Continuing afterwards requires renewal at the price then applicable. We never charge automatically: we contact you before renewal and the decision is yours. If you do not renew, we will contact you before anything changes; nothing is removed on that date without notice. On request, we provide an exported copy of your published content so you can move it elsewhere.
10. Content ownership
Once the order is paid, the text, designs and images we create for you belong to you in full. You may use, edit, adapt, move or republish them without restriction or additional payment to us. Where content is published on our network, we retain the right to continue hosting that published copy so the delivered links keep working. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates and systems; they are not part of your purchase. You are responsible for logos, images, text and claims you supply, and confirm your right to use them.
11. Acceptable use
We will not produce or publish content involving adult or sexual services; gambling or betting; counterfeit or replica goods; hacked or pirated materials; illegal drugs or weapons; malware; phishing; financial scams; misleading health or income claims; or anything unlawful or intended to deceive. We also reject hate speech, harassment and content targeting private individuals. We may reject or stop such an order at any time, including after production starts. If we stop work for this reason, we will explain why and refund any payment for work not yet delivered.
12. Results and liability
We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, leads, sales or other commercial results. Search engines make their own decisions and are not controlled by any provider. Our commitment is the work described in the scope you confirmed, completed professionally and published as agreed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, business or data. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes to these terms and how to contact us
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published when you confirm your order applies to that order; changes are never applied retrospectively to previously agreed work.
